Recently here at Springbox the creative department participated in a creative challenge. The goal was to develop a video that promotes the amazing hangover prevention pill Remedy. After given a brief rundown on the product we were split up and had a couple of weeks to plan and execute a video.
The team I was on came up with the concept “Remarkable Moments in History”. The tagline for Remedy is “Yes, it works.”, speaking to the fact that there are a lot of hangover cures out there that claim to work, but Remedy’s actually follows through on that promise. We decided to take it a step further and say that “Remedy” has actually existed for centuries and if you examine history close enough, you will find that certain landmark moments were actually made possible by the healing powers of Remedy.
We developed various concepts around this theme and landed on taking Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride and splicing in “Remedy”. The video below is our result:
