Happy New Year
Yes I'm still alive and enjoying the first day of 2009. I haven't had a chance to write anything over the holidays as we've been out of town or just busy in general, but next week things get back to normal so I'll be writing more then. I hope you all had a enjoyable Christmas and New Years. -

HYPE
Just found out that photographer Eric Ryan Anderson will be at HYPE on December 22nd. I really admire Ryan's work and would love the chance to go to this event if I was able to pull away from Houston to spend an evening in Dallas. If you're going to be in the city that continuously confuses me on the 22nd then I'd suggest checking out HYPE. Proceeds go to Sower of Seeds International Ministries Inc. -
I Challenge You To A Duel
I came across this color IQ test via Mr. Longbrake and thought I'd see how I faired. You are presented with 4 rows of color blocks. The color blocks that are on the ends of each row are fixed and the objective is to rearrange the colors in each row so that they are in the correct hue order. Esquire E-Ink Cover
A couple of weeks ago I heard about how Esquire was planning on using E-Ink technology on the cover of one of their upcoming issues and the video above shows that result. E-Ink technology has been experimented with for a few years now and is currently being used on various book readers such as the Amazon Kindle, but this marks the first time it has been used on disposable medium such as a magazine.
