


A local consulting firm approached Springbox to partner in building a community platform for Dell called INsight. The online community would focus on software and empower users who are passionate about testing new and existing products to use these products and then provide feedback on their experience. To create incentive to participate in the program we devised a reward system based on the level of engagement of the user. The rewards could include items such as merit badges, level-ups, and points that could then be redeemed for real rewards like gift cards and computers.
